My colleague Faisal Hameed representing Hayah Volunteering Group in Saudi TV channel 2

launching a new product sounds difficult (based on marketing criteria) so lets see the small version of launching new product,
Today I will share with you, small story ( 2 pages ) I treat it as a product for Hayah Volunteering Group per the details below:
1. Product: Short story called (The Carpenter)
2. Type: Story.
3. Target audience & place : high school orphans , Riyadh orphanage.
4. Product Format: Arabic 2 pages PDF format with cover.
5. Problem : ” I don’t want to complete my education, the last degree I MUST get is high school”
6. The benefit: ” Applicable tips & guidance in real life”
7. Reason to believe: ” short story contains real experience”
8. Any research, insights, observations:
”some of the orphans ends up unemployed, doing drugs, or in jail after high school”
” I want to work even if I earn 2000 monthly but NO school, this is enough for me”
” It seems education (bachelor degree) is very hard for me, I will not succeed”
” lets take short cut …lets get a job after high school”
” since we will not succeed I will work like my friend X”
” yes X is earning SR 2000 monthly, why don’t we do the same?”
” I have a scholarship from MSA but I will not take it, I am afraid”

Thanks for the Saudi Radio Riyadh for inviting us in 60 minutes program. It is the first time that I appear on air it was spontaneous, affectionate and great experience.
What I really like most about Hayah group is The FOCUS strategy as it is # 1 law in marketing. Many companies have lost their place because of lacking focus. ” If you try to stand for everything, you stand for nothing” by Al Ries, so I found it interesting to to be a member.
What is Hayah? Hayah is a focused of volunteer group which trying to improve living conditions for the orphans & foundlings who belong to the Ministry of Social Affairs orphanage.

If you look at the name Hayah . You find the letter ”Y” in the meddle of the word which representing the unknown value in mathematics, also you notice ”Y” surrounded by the ”Ha” twice which also representing the members focusing on the ”Y” and making together the word Hayah (living) super meaningful & readable from both sides.
Also the name Hayah represents the ratio 2:1 , twice ”Ha” with one ”Y”, which considered one of our main methodology dealing with orphans and foundlings in any activity i.e. (20 orphans inherent to 10 members per activity)
At last but not least, is the benefit of the diversification usually the members are coming from different background (IT, PR, marketing, engineers and youth students ) all gathered to achieve one goal.
After this long introduction… I see volunteering as sharing benefits between members and orphans, as said in the Quran (If you mix your affairs with theirs), I see also that we have to give our society more than we take.. so in Hayah I am fulfilling that.
