If you want to work in a great marketing  career you’ve got to work in a Brand Management field specially in FMCG industry. We in our company department believe ( since it is a believe, some of them don’t)  in the Coconut Principle which says ” if the  farmer in Brazil ( who is supplying my company ) fallen asleep and he could not reap the fruits for that day, then it is the brand manager responsibility if something bad happen to the final product”  it is a really tough principle yet it is preferable by ambitious, active and dynamic  people.     

I am a brand manager in a local agricultural, dairy, food and juices company commercially known as NADEC based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. My current work is managing the fresh juices along through the company 35 centers in Saudi and Gulf.

In 2007 my work has appeared in the retail market by launching the first pudding dessert in the company branded as Puddy and the first of its kind dessert pudding called Twister .   However, in 2008 also contributed in launching the most unique juice milk in KSA and Gulf  Cavita which is the second comer after the market leader. In the same year also we’ve added to the company portfolio 8 vitamins as a mixed fruits functional juice and Nadeccino as a cold coffee drink.

My name is Essam A. AlGhamdi I was born in Taif July1981. I moved to Riyadh in 2000  for studying & working. I am a father for 2 years baby boy.

My educational background includes a bachelor degree from KSU, in quantitative methods and a postgraduate degree from IPA in marketing.

My life objective is to establish a school of marketing in Saudi Arabia has its own thoughts and believes of doing a business, facing a competition, investing a money and communicating a brand based on certain criteria will be established and formed by the founders which consists of Saudi patriots or expats who understand the Saudi community and culture. 

The school objective is to be the first/best marketing school in Saudi. 

The school goal is to establish a clear, updated and practical marketing strategists & positionists. 

The school strategies would fit & solve today’s challenges though reinforce the school new thoughts via (innovation or renovation) which would enhance & grow businesses.

To be taught to new generation students and entry-level employees or maybe giant Saudi companies.

Marketing & business experts who have the greatest impact on me are Al Ries, Jack Trout, Sir Alan Sugar and Robert Kiyosaki
